Setup
What you need
- JRiver Media Center installed and running.
- JRiver Media Network enabled and configured for remote access.
- Your JRiver Access Key.
- Your JRiver Media Network username and password.
- An Alexa device signed into the Amazon account you use with eMCee.
1. Enable eMCee
Make sure eMCee is enabled for the same Amazon account used by your Alexa device.
2. Link your JRiver account
Choose Link Account for eMCee. On the eMCee linking page enter:
- JRiver Access Key
- JRiver username
- JRiver password
Leave the port override set to Auto unless you have a specific reason to override it.
3. Test eMCee
Alexa, open eMCee
Alexa, ask eMCee to play some [GENRE]
Alexa, ask eMCee to play the playlist [PLAYLIST NAME]
On some Alexa devices, you may need to say Alexa, open the eMCee skill.

CloudPlay users
CloudPlay requires a CloudPlay account, and the JRiver Media Center installation linked to eMCee must be signed in to CloudPlay.

Play Doctor requires a dedicated JRiver zone with its Audio Device set to
Null Output.
